Refund & Return Policy

At Prestige Padel Shop Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

General rules

We have a 30-day returns policy – you have 30 days from the date you receive your shipment to request a return.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included

  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear

  • Customised or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Return an Item

Step-by-Step:

  1. Contact us at info@prestigepadel.eu with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions

  3. Package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation

  4. Ship the item to the return address we provide

Return costs

  • Change of mind / wrong purchase: the cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer.
  • Defective/incorrect goods : the cost of returning the goods is covered by the Seller (after notification and acceptance).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5 –10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@prestigepadel.eu with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or error

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (unless faulty)


7. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as they may not be processed correctly.
